The UWEBC plugin adds a number of shortcodes that allow admins to add event calendars to pages and posts.
The shortcodes provides attributes that allow for filtering events by peer groups and focus areas .
The plugin admin includes a simple shortcode generator that allows site admins to easily create Event Calendar shortcodes to embed in pages and posts.
Existing UWEBC members can sync their CRM account data and create a WordPress user account in the user group UWEBC Members. UWEBC Members have access to an account page that allows them to update their account data in both WordPress and the CRM.
On the UWEBC Member Accounts page, members can access upcoming and past events they have registered for.
Each UWEBC event allows logged in UWEBC Members access or download assets - videos, PDFs, Word Documents and Excel files - related to an event.
A robust plugin admin section allows site admins an overview of all data synced from the CRM. The synced data includes:
- Events - synced to the WordPress site via a scheduled task every hour.
- UWEBC Members - every CRM account that has been synced to WordPress, creating a UWEBC Member WordPress account.
- Member Organizations - Businesses that are members of the UWEBC E-Business Consortium.
- Event Assets - data related to event assets pulled from the CRM.
